Not unreasonably.

I've been stuck on the comments from the monitors report talking about Crystallex identifying the successful bidder. The report is from March 14th so it was prepared a day or so earlier.

RM has indicated that crystallex has selected the winner and second option in earlier posts and comments to board members. If this is true why the delay in announcing to the monitor who the winner is unless something happened to make crystallex change their mind.
