I can't figure it out either.

The documents would have to been filed with the court if the hearing is going ahead tomorrow. I don't understand why the timeline to keep the information off the website. It can't be because of the noteholders since they would get a copy of the motion when filled.

Either it literally took this long to get the documents ready or Cry has delibertately waited to the last moment.
