I sent the following questions to RM this morning...

Hello Mr. Marshall,

Do you know what time of day the DIP hearings are on March 12th and Friday March 16th?

Also, I just checked the E&Y site and there is still no new information out there. Starting to get a bit more worried since it is Friday (a.k.a., bad news day) and the 1st hearing is on Monday.

I understand you recently purchased Crystallex common shares. Do you still own them?

I have not been advised on any updated Hearing dates for the CCAA and US Courts to consider and approve Crystallex's winning or runner-up DIP selection. I continue to be advised that pre-motions, affidavits and the Monitors Report should appear on the E&Y site in advance of the Hearings.

Yes, I have recently purchased additional shares and am current with my SEDI insider filings.
