Likely, the symbol change and warning is SOP. OTC is just catching up to the December Canadian filing. Remember, OTC is a US Market and government oversight can be slow. Market will react, then settle back. It is possible there is a filing, as yet, undisclosed. Who knows with this play.

The recent run up, and now down, is suspicious. Could have been insiders who knew something, and did a momo pump & dump so they could make a few bucks. All the speculation, rumors, etc. can get folks greedy. Hard to really say since we are not a part of that "in" crowd.
