I asked RM this morning if he had any idea when the winning bidder will be named/approved by the courts? His reply is below...

I spoke with Bob Crombie regarding this matter this morning. He said the CCAA Hearing on the DIP funding was scheduled for March 12th and the US Hearing on the 16th and that the Company had been working with counsel last week on affidavits and pre-motion filings (for those Hearings) and he thought those docs should start appearing on the E&Y site any day now.
