Stroot- Reuters Afrika had the basic Citic story first, you posted it on the 24th.

My observations. The article on the 24th about Citic and today's article about Chavez were basic in details and possibly that the info provided in the Reutrs Afrika is coming directly from a Venezuelan Govt. source.

So I am wondering about accuracy and if details are being left out.
