Since we are in a good mood today I thought I spin a kool-aide story that would makes us all happy.

Crystallex's winning DIP financing bid is at a 10% interest rate with no back end shares conversion. The amount is for $135 million and allows us to get rid of the note holders. The loan is repayable upon collection of our award or settlement. The winning bidder is CITIC.

Citic also has agreed to buy our data room information for $135 million plus $2.00 a share to form a new company with CITIC called CKYINA. Our trading symbol will be FU-VZ.

The new company will pay a dividend of 2% quarterly with a special dividend every 5 years of a $1.00 a share starting in 2015.

The new company will also fly all Agoracom regular posters on a private jet to attend Hugo's funeral. We will supplied with Kazoos so we can give Hugo a 21 gun salute.
