My guess would be they have selected the dip financing and have a court date for CCAA. I doubt it would be quick enough for the Chapter 15 date on March 2nd. Assuming I'm correct then we should see a date in the next or 2 in Canada with the US date about a week later. I think the extension we received in Jan. need to be addressed by around the 20th of March so I would hope everything is in place by then.
