spoke to rm today. bids have been submitted and evaluated by KRY. they have a good idea which direction they are headed in terms of naming a winning bid and a back up. the problem is KRY can't move the process any further until the court puts out a new schedule and sets a date for the approval. so far the court has not done that. so the US hearing scheduled for March 2 ain't going to happen because the CCAA court probably will not have had their hearing by then. parties also have a right to file motions prior to the approval hearing and there are timelines which they are entitled to. so, you will be seeing delays. all to be expected when you are dealing with crowded court calendars coupled with finding a date which fits all the parties involved.
