Jack to me it doesn't matter why he took it. It was in my opinion not the right thing to do. He would have much more support from shareholders and probably noteholders who think he is using Kry as a ATM machine for him and his friends.

If he succeeds and gets us through CCAA, raises the money fir DIP plus pays off the note holders then he will be able to take a bonus. I believe we will be ok but if I'm wrong and things go bad we get $0 and Fung gets a parting gift of $150,000.

If we are all in this together maybe we should all be treated the same.
