paragraph H of the CCAA Bid Procedures states:

"H. The forms of the Credit Agreement, the Commitment Letter, the CCAA

Financing Order, and the U.S. Financing Order will be made available on the

Monitor’s website at http://www.ey.com/ca/crystallex no later than January 12,

2012 and provided to Potential Bidders as soon as possible. Further, such forms

shall be filed on the Bankruptcy Court docket in accordance with applicable

orders of the Bankruptcy Court."
