This article is from June 24, 2010, a year and a half ago....no really revelant now.

It does make one think tho', as to just what Citgo is really worth when it comes down to it. I imagine Chavez has worked to just keep it's head above water, so it is worth as little as possible, incase it is siezed by the courts.
