not saying it's fair, but we have all been beaten up psychologically and an offer might be acceptable to a lot of shareholders. one thing for sure i have learned is when investing consider what you might lose ahead of what you might gain. anyhow i used four hundred million as a low ball offer, not sure of how much exactly has been spent on infrastructure, social programs, drill tests etc. but first we need to get the restructuring done
