Keep an eye on the ey site. Per the U.S. Court's order granting provisional relief, KRY must file the proposed DIP bid procedures, proposed DIP agreement and other docs 14 days prior to the U.S. Court hearing the DIP financing issue. I assume those docs will be on the ey site.
