Message: which camp are we in?

GW that is why I posted my hindsight stuff.

What position would we have been in 2008 if we filed? Would be any better off with the noteholders? As shareholders are we better off? Kind of hard to imagine we would be worse off in 2008 but if we are no worse then was the risk of trying to find a deal with VZ and China worth it?

Some question I have.

Did Fung decide in 2008 not to pursue arbitration because he really thought a deal could be made?

Did Fung decide in 2008 not to pursue arbitration because he was worried about being pushed into CCAA by the noteholders and losing Kry?

Was Fung worried about raising $100 million during the global meltdown?

Were Fungs decisions based solely on what was good for Fung and the board?

Why is did Kry burn through money like it was water?
