Hi Joey

Of all the signed contracts we have read about between the Vens and Russia,China,Iran,Cuba,ect ect, over the last 6+ years has anything actually been built or even began to be built,constucted,designed,or is all of it just a bunch of hot air.A feel good story for Vens,China.Cant remember of reading any actual accomplishments.Hell of a lot of signed agreements and hand shakes though.lol Seems to me it would take them years even with help to start up a neighbourhood paper route.
