Canadian holders of KRY:

According to my broker, Canadians holding KRY stock can sell (or buy) shares of Crystallex on the OTCQB (Pink Sheets) by contacting their broker directly.

Online trading will be possible after the 6 Jan 2011 (delisting) when the KRY stock in your account is "re-symboled" (my word) to "CRYXF" (provided your online trading site supports OTCQB trading). My broker is Scotia iTrade in Canada.

Re-listing in Canada:

Re-listing in Canada on the TSX-V while KRY is insolvent is not an option currently available, period, full stop.
