I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this point. I'm not sure this topic is productive anyway. KRY is in battle for survival. Everyone, including us, has their hands out.

I personally think it's best to keep my eye on the ball.....a multi-billion dollar arb claim that appears to be meritorious. Everything else is noise, IMO.
