It is pretty unbelievable.

But, from the way the Canadian judge appears to be shareholder friendly, it will be fixed as soon as possible. I know court systems have a bad rep, but my DD seems to show that for CCAA, the Canadian court system is quite responsive.

Any court system is faster than the one here in California.
