Now we wait to see what kind of Plan Fung can come up with to make everyone happy? The bondholders do not look agreeable to anything but the whole company with new shareholders and a new board of directors. Can the Judge order the bondholders to agree to a proposed plan as long as it fits his criteria as being the best course of action? I sure hope Fung is not only looking out for his own skin but also us shareholders. I would think that if we do end up with nothing there would be shareholder lawsuits the D&O insurance can pay for.
