The suspension is automatic as KRY is technically insolvent and cannot trade on the TSX. The suspension came after KRY filed for protection under CCAA, so no mystery there...

The listing requirements for the OTCQB (Pink sheets) are very lax compared to the TSX or the TSX-V for that matter, so again, no mystery there...

As for listing on the TSX-V, it's not even an option while KRY is insolvent...
