I read this order and it sounds good. I apologize in advance for my question if it is stupid but here it is:

Is it possible for KRY to get financing that will get rid of the noteholders for good, or will we be definetly stuck with these people through arbitration?

The sound pissed and I can't blame them. But wiping out current shareholders obviously makes me hate them... :)
