Make no mistake about it, the bondholders' position and our position as shareholders is in play. The bondholders are certainly entitled to reap the benefits of the deal they made. However, they are not entitled to a windfall profit by wiping out shareholders who arguably have invested 1500% more than the bondholders. I think the judge sees them as they are. IMO, they are acting like opportunistic predators led by greed. They should be more cautious. As I've always been taught...pigs get fat but hogs get slaughtered.
