First, good find Beandog, funny the word "shareholder" are all over the place from Mr. Fung soon after his Nightmare before Christmas actions, to be blunt, Fung is no shareholder of this company, if you or anyone getting that feel good feeling the truth is KRY shares will come out of this worthless, period, after reading some of the post on here don't get all this positive talk about shares value, this is a creditor protection filing and given the debt and financial position this company is in, unfortunately shareholders WILL be wiped out, don't expect anything more or be fooled again into thinking your shares are going up from here, Fung and his legal advisers are been paid to do what's best for the Corporation, common shareholder are at the bottom and will get nothing when this is done, all IMO but would think others here would know better, not the way anyone wanted this to end but seen it coming some time now, was almost tempted to buy a little today at the low, thankful I didn't get any.
