Still early in the document, but on pg. 14-15 it decribes the latest financing attempt, and how soft commitments for the full amount were there if a lead investor emerged. The lead investor was in serious for $50 million, however decided they would rather have the financing be approved by a court process to avoid litigation. Crystallex decided that a CCAA proceeding was a good way to do that.
