Thanks. If your statement is correct, then I would place some positive value in RM's comment. However, since he is so vague, "regulatory filing" could have the meaning you describe above with regard to filing the PR. Who knows.

Again, given KRY's less than stellar track record for meeting deadlines, I have fully expected the Dec. 23 date to come and go without the PP completed. And as I said before, I'm not dwelling on that date because I don't see it as quite the meltdown scenario that others predict.
