Exactly when do we have to repay the bond holders for the $100 million 
due on December 23rd?  Do we have any grace period or time by which 
payment is due, or are we in default at 12:01 a.m. December 24th?

Hello Mr. XXXXXXX. I have not seen the note indentures regarding the 2004
notes and have not gone on SEDAR to see if they were filed. Certainly by
public disclosure the notes are due to mature on December 23, 2011. The
Company has been working on the Placement and the capital to retire those
notes and fund the Company for the duration of the ICSID proceedings.
Material news and steps will be reported in a timely manner with press
releases and regulatory filings.
