The Company continues to work towards finalizing the Private Placement process. I'm advised there has been expressed interest in the proposed Private Placement in excess of the $120 million being sought. The syndicate book has not yet closed. Crystallex is working with Counsel, the Agents and participating investors to that end. The timing of the closing and any news thereof rests with them.

The Company will keep shareholders and the public advised of developments in the form of press releases and/or regulatory filings.
