If you don't mind me asking, what made you change your mind with regards to deciding to participate in the placement?

Just wondering if they sweetened the terms for the noteholders even more, or you just had a change of heart?

I remember you mentioning that you didn't participate because you already had a large enough position, and that because of a clause stipulating that if the property were just given back, or we signed some type of JV regarding the property, the new investors wouldn't receive a % share of that type of settlement. i guess I'm just wondering if that clause had changed or not?
