I'm trying to remain positive but when I asked RM today if there was any chance the Private Placement will successfully close this week? He responded with...

"While I do not have any specifics, I'm advised that the Company is working with the Agents, Counsel and Investors participating in the Placement to bring the financing to a successful conclusion in time to retire the existing debt due December 23, 2011."

In contrast, on November 4th he said... "The Company has been pleased with the interest and process and hopes the news of closing will be in the rear view mirror shortly."

Something seems to be rotten...

Somebody cheer me up please.
