Risk of bankruptcy?

I have heard that the only real deadline is Dec 23. I hate to say it but that is only about a month away and I may have to think about putting a stop loss to reduce my risk in case the PP doesn't go through. The price will nosedive if that happens and I do have money in this that I would rather not lose.
