JC, I tend to agree with your statement but I recently watched a stock go from 3% Institutional holdings (IH) to 30% (IH). Yet, within a couple of months of reaching 30% (IH), the stock price went from $4.21 to $0.65. So, I also tend to agree with your other recent post that essentially said the "smart" money isn't always that smart. ________________________
