There is factual information available. The details of the financing can be had if you call a broker handling the deal but I believe you need to sign a non disclosure agreement so you can't tell us but you will know.

I doubt you will be able to get any of the new debt at this point in time since it is probably already subscribed. The announcement will happen when all documentation is complete. That could be tomorrow or next week or next month. I really don't know for sure but I think it should be wrapped up by the weekend.

Management will make the announcement at that time.
