Hi Ian, my guess would be that the 3rd qtr ended Sept 30 so that is all they were reporting on.

The PR came out after the 3rd qtr ended. They were just reporting on the 3rd qtr and "the pursue financing options" was all that was being said at that time during the 3rd qtr.
