Cividale, what deadline are you referring to?

Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about October 28, 2011, or such later date as agreed among the parties.

This is not a deadline, read the statement!

Like usual, you are taking the opportunity to rant.

If you are so paranoid about this, I will buy every share you have @ .18. This offer expires today...that's a deadline.
