Hello Mr. Marshall,

Thank you for the recent press releases. It's nice to see that things are moving forward with both the arbitration and financing.

Regarding the financing...

1. How are thing going with the private placement? Is it still on track to close on October 28th?

2. Is the offering being received well?

The Company is pleased with the Private Placement process. The timing of the closing and news rests with Counsel, the Agents and the participating investors.
