I'm curious as to what would be the absolute maximum level of award dilution you can grudgingly live with?

I'm asking this because, if we can reach some kind of consensus and the stock sells off on the announcement of a level of award dilution which appears excessive but we have preordained to be acceptable, it could be a buying opportunity for all.
