Vannessa is on its 3rd set of tribunal members since 2006. This is their first meeting which we can see lasted 4 days. The longest i have seen for the first meeting in most of the arb cases listed on icsid. First meetings seems always to be about jurisdiction and merits with venezuela. This gives them the title to play ping pong with letters going back and forth for years.
Maybe all they need to do is review old documents and play catch up is why it took a 4 day meeting.
often a new set of tribunal members almost seem to start all over again so since 2006 with the 3rd set of members we'll see how long hugo can drag this one out.
These new tribunal members will have to go through a lot of old docments of the case. 5 years of it.
Eventually a decision will come and i hope it is soon, to end this charade of dragged out processes for vannessa.
In this one year 2011 hugo has borrowed $13B the most ever in its history and there is 3 more months to go. where is all that oil revenue going anyway. Might be borrowed money to pay off arb cases with some going to us.
hope kry has a pop today.
Have a good day ladies and gentlemen.
