Sometime, originally, chavez might have been waiting for the right moment to confiscate Kry property, taking into consideration our financial bad situation and the $100M due in Dec. Probably advised by (??? androp..??) that we would not be able to finance a protracted arb process and go belly up. I believe confiscation was on Chavex's mind years ago. just waited for the moment near collapse.

Wonder what he thinks now that we are going right to the bitter end and with plenty of financial support. We will see the end of this even if it takes 3 plus years.
