There seems to be a lot of TALK from countries and companies about how they are going to stop Chavez from doing this or that stupid/illegal/bolivarian-socialist-crab kind of thing but in reality I see very little ACTION taken against him.

If you look back on his history he's been very successful in doing whatever the hell he feels like and thumbing his nose at those of us who expect him to act by the rules or act logically.

It would be nice to see a freeze on Ven's assets, and even nicer to see a late season hurricane sink Hugo's gold-heavy ships. But if wishes were fishes I'd be up to my ass in holy mackerels.
