At this point nothing really matters besides funding Kry through arbitration. Will it happen? I believe it will but as usual there are no certainties in life and especially Kry.

Diligently advancing to means the lenders are in place but the deal isn't finalized yet. More detailed information in the coming weeks would only happen as they explain the new financing. It doesn't take much detail to say we couldn't make a deal.
