It doesn't matter what Hugo thinks or wants. The rule of law applies to everyone when you are part of a global agreement. He can pull out if he wants but can't do anything about existing cases. Our settlement will be paid. It may be more difficult than it should be to get payment but we will get paid.

We can talk all we want about Russia, China or any other country that does business with VZ. The rule of law applies to them as well. Unless someone believes Hugo can bring the World Bank to it's knees and other countries will follow Hugo down the path of financial armegedoom we will get paid.
