nobear, china has granted "initial environmental permission" for building a 400k barrel per day refinery in china under a "venezuela/china partnership" strictly for refining ven crude...also, china has agreed to expand cuban refining under a china/cuba/venezuela partnership....not to mention china has been ramping up thier own refining capability.
the cards are on the table.. the only question is how china/US will play them. i dont really see venezuela pushing us into another cold war but who knows...in a couple years brazil will be the big producer anyway (also, it looks like oil sands will be making a differance).
as always, in the end, the rest of the world will be picking up the tab for hugo's social experiment but i think they got the first installment from kry shareholders.....
