anyone else smell bullshit??

funny that rusoro is named as the 45% JV partner for gold production of 500k oz per year and thier stock falls 11%.... i'm guessing that stockholders did'nt like the idea of giving all thier gold assets to hugo upfront (must be a trust issue)...
