this is the second article i've seen mention "national mining EBS"??? originally the JV was with PDVSA and CVG? who the hell is "national mining EBS"?? as far as "private investors" go it has to be the russians/chinese..even though hugo has already spent thier cash and not delivered much i dont think they've learned thier lesson yet...the rest of the world has.

By creating a joint venture between Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and National Mining EBS in joint venture with private investors, will boost the development of Las Cristinas project (3,862 hectares), located in Las Claritas, Bolivar State Sifontes municipality .

Another project to be carried out is Brisas del Cuyuni - Unicorn (500 hectares) located in the municipality Sifontes, will also be developed through a partnership between PDVSA, EBS National Mining and private investors.
