On this day in 2012...The ghost of Hugo Chavez tried to sign yet another decree formalizing the nationalization of Venezuela's gold mining industry but was unable to grip the pen in his ghostly hands. Frustrated, Hughost took his paranormal self to the Crystallex office in Toronto and said "Boo!"
