Dparge, I'm not so sure there will be dilution. From what I've been told there will be little or none. This means that Kry is trying to raise over $100 million in pure debt which may or may not be possible. If they are able to do it then I would have to say someone else either believes we have a great case or they are just as stupid as we were.

I think we will be in a much better position for a settlement if we have our debt covered and enough cash to go the distance. VZ won't be able to wait us out.
