Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
if i'm the penguin you're certainly "robin"...
riddle me this boy wonder: hugo is repatriating all of vens reserves, he's pushing a bill to take away guns from citizens by early next year, he's already armed a large portion of his backers and called them "militia", the military rumors are that the military won't recognize an opposition "president", he's burned virtually every western bridge and a few years ago he said ven would break away from the IMF/worldbank....
what do you think he's gonna do when icsid slaps him with $30bil in awards? other than start world war III.... he's gonna tell the west to pound salt and china/russia wont do a damn thing to help kry get thier money back. there will be lots of huffing puffing and political posturing but getting ven to pay may be more difficult once the cash is all in venezuela. the fact is that he owes everybody so makes you think china will hand over ven oil to kry when it is owed to china?
my guess is that in the end (after hugo is gone) the world bank/IMF will loan venezuela the $$ to rebuild and pay off serious debt but until that happens hugo will do what he always does. upset the apple cart.
now go back to playing RF's sidekick!
