"So even if, after several years, the World Court rules in KRY's favor, we still have to get Ven to pay up. I think investors see easier money to be made than to wait out Chavez doing the right thing."
My comment Auntierooski:
'Here is a headline that appears to say (Castro's instruction while Chavez was in Cuba) get your money out of Capatalistic's control because your Arb cost decisions will be very high'.
GRZ decision is expected in Feb 2012.
Globovision headline
The deputy to the National Assembly, Julio Montoya claimed the Government's intention to move National Venezuelan international reserves are located in Europe and the U.S. banks (to banks in) in China, Russia and Brazil.. The action would take place within 2 months.
Montoya is based on a document that was presented by officials from the Ministry of Planning and Finance, which allegedly was evaluated by the president during his stay in Cuba.
. "They ask and propose the relocation of the international reserves of Venezuela and the Venezuelans today, we knew this secret (...) Finally, the Venezuelans are going to know how much we have in gold, where, how much cash we by Finance Ministry officials, "he said.
The only thing left is Citgo and that won't cover 30% OF THE ARB settlements. Even if China, russia and Brazil have to cooperate it will take years.
