I totally disagree. If we get financing with an acceptable level of dilution we will see a nice pop since our current share price reflects the tenuous nature of our existence.

Also those big money guys you've spoken to appear to be uninformed. We are not invested in Venezuela and Chavez is irrelevent since whether living or dead he will have no influence over the arbitration outcome.

Venezuela can run but it cannot hide. As long as it keeps its money in nations whose economic well being depends upon being a responsible member of the global community, Venezuela will not be able to shield itself from arbitration awards.
